 The founders commitment to strong corporate governance principles was established early on through the appointment of an independent Non Executive in November 2002.
Roger Devlin is the Non Executive Chairman of the Group. Roger is also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Two of the company's founding investors are also members of each Committee and attend board meetings. Due to the small size of the Board, there is not, as yet, a Nominations Committee.
