    Noel Hayden

    Managing Director

     

    Noel is an undercover geek pretending to be CEO. Noel started playing and making games on his Tandy TRS80 *cough* years ago after being inspired by a Space Invaders machine turning up at his dad's hotel. After making websites for a few years at the start of the dot com boom Noel decided it was time to entertain the world by making games that thrill people.

    Michael Mee

    Finance Director

    Michael joined Gamesys in January 2005. Michael trained with Ernst & Young and was previously Group Financial Controller of Sporting Index.

    Lee Fenton

    Chief Operating Officer

    Lee joined Gamesys in November 2008. He was previously COO of the mobile division at 20th Century Fox and prior to that Global Director of Consumer Products and Content at Vodafone Group. He brings with him considerable experience of working with global brands and managing operations across multiple markets.

    Roger Devlin

    Non Executive Chairman

    Roger read law at Oxford about 100 years ago. He then went into investment banking for 15 years, although he tends to keep quiet about this nowadays. In 1995 he joined one of his clients Hilton as Group Corporate Development Director, and he was in at the start up of their Ladbrokes.com subsidiary. Roger is also Chairman of Principal Hotels and SiS (including BBC Outside Broadcasts) and has led a number of successful private equity exits such as Venere and Traveljigsaw. He has recently been appointed as the first independent director of the Football Association.

    Tom Hillary

    Technical Director

    Tom joined Gamesys in May 2004 after a successful career at McDonnell Douglas Information Systems and Barclaycard.

    Robeson Reeves

    Director of Gaming Operations

    Robeson joined Gamesys in September 2005 with a background in mathematics, a passion for understanding human behaviour and extensive experience in sports betting in lieu of attending university courses. He then became BPO of Games and Bingo before forming the Gaming Operations Team in 2010, which focuses on customer analysis. Robeson loves sports and puzzles – current projects include understanding why he continues to ardently support Wolves in spite of all available evidence.
