We founded the company with a team of seven, including four great programmers. We launched our initial suite of games and took our first cash bet on 27th March 2002 with a team of nine. The team has now grown to 280 but we retain the team dynamic and can-do approach that has contributed to our success to date.
We look for bright, well-motivated individuals - going to the "right" university or school is not a prerequisite! We enjoy helping our staff to develop their careers, work within teams, enhance existing strengths and learn new skills. Several relatively young people have joined and quickly progressed to team managers.
Performance bonus and share option schemes ensure individuals are effectively rewarded for their contribution to the growth of the company.
