GamCare Certified Operator

Responsible Gaming Policy
The Group takes the issue of responsible gaming very seriously and is committed to providing a responsible gaming service. To ensure members enjoy their online experience with us and play sensibly within their financial limits, we provide a range of options to assist them:

Demo Mode – Members can play our games in demo mode. This lets them enjoy playing their favourite games without having to risk their own money.

Daily/Weekly Deposit Limits - Members are able to control the amount of money they deposit during a daily or weekly time period by setting limits on their account.

Self-Exclusion - On request, members can close their account(s) for a minimum period of 6 months during which time it will not be possible for the account(s) to be re-opened for any reason.

The Group makes it clear to all potential players that it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account and gamble.

The Group takes its responsibilities in this regard very seriously and ensures electronic and paper-based age checks are performed on all account holders who deposit.


Know Your Customer
Profitable Play was one of the first remote gambling operators to perform online, real-time "Know Your Customer" identity and age verification checks with a range of leading UK and international identification service providers.

As a business we are committed to ensuring only adults play our cash wager games. We process personal information collected via this website for the purposes of: setting up and managing member accounts; building up personal profiles; providing nformation about promotional offers; and complying with all regulatory requirements, in particular those relating to the identification of individuals under money laundering legislation.

We understand the importance of protecting all personal information captured from visitors. Our proprietary software prevents staff from seeing player passwords or full disclosure of credit/debit card numbers.
