Jackpotjoy.com Launches Jackpotjoy Bikes
Jackpotjoy.com today launches the Jackpotjoy bikes – its brand new ‘lark and ride’ unicycle initiative in London. The scheme, which has been designed as a daft fun alternative to the perennially popular Boris bikes, sees the installation of a unique unicycle docking station offering unicycles for hire in various locations across the capital.
The unicycles are free to hire and have been set up by the Jackpotjoy FUNdation – a Facebook bursary created by the online bingo site dedicated to spreading daft fun across the country by FUNding wacky projects. Trained unicyclists, with circus performing experience will be on hand to help guide and coach participants wishing to test-ride the quirky contraptions.
Queen of Bingo, Barbara Windsor, was on hand to officially unveil the one-wheeled wonders. She comments: ‘We wanted people to have as much fun as possible this summer and thought there was nothing dafter than daring the nation to take on this one-wheeled challenge! It’s certainly a bit wobbly up there but it will be more of a right-chuckle ride than a white-knuckle one!
Michael Saunders, Managing Director of Jackpotjoy.com, adds: Here at Jackpotjoy.com we like to have lots of fun and entertain the nation. Everyone’s seen or had a go on the Boris bikes and now we’re daring people to give our unicycles a crack. If Londoners rise to the challenge then we’ll be looking to tour the bikes around the rest of the country to spread even more daft fun’.
