Heart Bingo makes a Dream Delivery


Heart Bingo’s Dream Delivery promotion saw a lucky winner bag £10,000 worth of prizes every weekend in November, including HD TVs, Laptops, games consoles and more!

With a Heart Bingo branded van stocked full of great prizes and a camera crew in matching red jumpsuits, the Dream Delivery team were ready to make 4 people’s wishes come true.

To enter, members opted in on the Heart Bingo Promotions page, while non-members entered through a special microsite and were given the opportunity to earn more entries if they joined Heart Bingo or shared on social media. Over the course of the month, 23,313 entered through the microsite, whilst 14,578 opted in on site – the highest ever opt in rate.

One winner of the £10,000 delivery was picked every Friday in November, with the team turning up on their doorstep by 10am the next day! Our 4 lucky winners were dotted all over the UK, from East Sussex all the way to Middlesbrough, and best of all, we had the camera crew there to film their shocked reactions.

The winners’ videos were put to good use by the Promotions, Social and Programming teams; creating exciting and engaging content for Chat-O-Vision and Social Media. Plus, CRM created a bespoke conversion journey for non-members to join Heart Bingo too!

It was a huge campaign, supported with radio, online media and social media advertising – it even had its own hashtag: #dreamdelivery. It was the first Heart Bingo promotion to have a microsite, to be open to both members and non-members, and the first on-site promotion to have a dedicated Snapchat story!

One of the winners, Sarah W from South London, commented after winning her Dream Delivery: “It really is a dream come true. I have never been so lucky in all my life – Heart Bingo truly are Santa in disguise! I am still in shock!”
